The three properties are located in the middle of the historic centre of Neustadt an der Orla. House 1 and House 2 were fully renovated between 2012 and 2014 and are accessible via a shared front and rear entrance. In the backyard there is an open area of approx. 444 m², which is partly used as a car park. House 3 has a footprint of approx. 196 m² and is under monument protection. The rear building, which can be demolished and rebuilt, stands alone in the backyard. The open area between the two buildings is approx. 337 m².
